본 연구는 15주간의 한국어교육실습이 예비 한국어교사의 교사효능감 향상에 미치는 효과를 사전–사후 준실험 설계를 통해 검증하였다. 참여자는 베트남 국적의 학부생 32명과 다국어(한국 포함) 배경의 대학원생 11명으로, 실습은 ‘이론–참관–모의–실습–성찰’의 5단계 구조로 설계되었다. 루브릭 기반의 시연–피드백–성찰 루프를 통해 교사효능감의 네 원천(숙달·대리·사회적 설득·정서 조절)이 유기적으로 작동하도록 설계하였으며, 측정도구는 교사효능감 척도(TSES, 24문항·9점)였다. 분석 결과, 총 효능감은 사전 5.57에서 사후 6.32로 0.75점 상승하였으며, 학습자 참여·수업전략·학급운영의 세 하위 요인 모두 통계적으로 유의한 향상을 보였다. 혼합분산분석과 ANCOVA 결과, 학부와 대학원 두 집단 모두 효능감이 상승하였으나 ‘학습자 참여’ 요인에서만 유의한 집단 차가 확인되었다. 이는 실습의 효과가 학력 차보다 루브릭 기반의 구조화된 실습 설계에 의해 공통적으로 발생했음을 시사한다. 결론적으로, 본 연구의 실습 모형은 현실적 제약 속에서도 실행 가능한 교육 모델로서 예비교사의 교수기술, 자기조절, 효능감 향상을 통합적으로 지원할 수 있음을 실증적으로 입증하였다. 향후 연구는 다기관·장기 추적 및 다층모형을 통해 실습 효과의 일반화와 작동 메커니즘을 심화할 필요가 있다.

This quasi-experimental study investigated the effects of a 15-week Korean language teaching practicum on the self-efficacy of pre-service teachers. The participants were 32 Vietnamese undergraduates and 11 multilingual graduate students. The practicum followed a structured sequence of seminars, observation, rehearsal lessons with rubric-based feedback, short teaching, and reflection, designed to activate the four sources of teacher efficacy-mastery, vicarious experience, social persuasion, and emotional regulation. The Teachers' Sense of Efficacy Scale (TSES; 24 items, 9-point) was used pre- and post-intervention. The results indicated significant gains in total efficacy (M = 5.57 → 6.32, Δ = +0.75) and in all subfactors, namely, student engagement, instructional strategies, and classroom management. Mixed ANOVA and ANCOVA revealed that both groups showed significant improvement. However, only "student engagement" showed a meaningful group difference after controlling for pretest scores. These findings suggest that the rubric-based practicum structure, rather than academic level, played a decisive role in enhancing teacher efficacy. The model verified in this study demonstrates a feasible and effective framework for fostering the instructional competence and professional confidence of pre-service teachers.
