시설, 노지 스마트농업에 종사하는 농업인은 데이터 기반 의사결정을 위하여 현장에서 수집되는 데이터를 활용하는 종합적인 컨설팅 방법을 요구하고 있다. 본 연구는 스마트농업 재배 농가(시설: 오이, 방울토마토, 수박, 노지: 콩, 밀) 110명과 데이터 피드백을 하는 조사원 129명에게 데이터 기반 컨설팅에 대한 설문조사 분석을 통하여 영농관리모델의 표준을 설계하고자 하였다. 설문 문항은 데이터 컨설팅 보고서 대한 농업인 만족도, 조사원과 농업인 간의 견해, 세부 컨설팅에 대한 요구도로 구성하였다. 농업인 만족도에서는 시설, 노지 품목 ‘주차별 작물 생육관리 변화’ 정보가 가장 높았으며, 시설 품목에서는 경영정보, 노지 품목에서는 병해충 정보에 대한 만족도가 높았다. 컨설팅 방식은 조사원의 56.6%가 전화, 농업인의 51.8%가 대면을 선호하였고, 2주 1회 피드백 주기에 대한 만족도는 조사원 72.1%, 농업인 84.5%로 높게 나타났다. 품목별 요구도는 시설 품목에서 병해충·생리장해·생육 관리, 노지 품목에서 종자 선택·재배 관리·기상재해 관리 순이었다. 연구 결과, 데이터 피드백이 정식 이후 단계에서 품종 선택, 정식 전 단계로 컨설팅 확대를 제시하였다.

Farmers in smart agriculture require comprehensive consulting methods and field-collected data for data-driven decision-making. This study aimed to design a Farming Management Model standard by analyzing responses to a survey on data-driven consulting from 110 smart farm farmers (protected horticulture: cucumber, cherry tomato, watermelon; and open-field: soybean, wheat) and 129 surveyors who provided data feedback. The survey items addressed farmer satisfaction with the data consulting report, differences in opinions between surveyors and farmers, and requirements for detailed consulting. Farmer satisfaction was highest overall for information on 'weekly changes in crop growth management' in protected horticulture and open-field crops, and satisfaction was also high for management information for protected horticulture crops and pest/disease information for open-field crops. Regarding the consulting method, 56.6% of surveyors preferred phone calls, while 51.8% of farmers preferred face-to-face consultation. Satisfaction with the bi-weekly feedback cycle was high, as reported by 72.1% of surveyors and 84.5% of farmers. Crop-specific demands were highest for pest/disease, physiological stress, and growth management for protected horticulture crops, and seed selection, cultivation management, and weather disaster management for open-field crops. The study results suggested an expansion of consulting from the post-transplanting stage to the variety selection and pre-transplanting cultivation stages.
