Estimation of positioning accuracy for application of GNSS-based augmented reality technique in cadastral confirmation survey = 지적확정측량에서 GNSS-AR 기술의 적용을 위한 측위 정확도 평가
This study aimed to propose a field application method for GNSS-AR technology utilizing high-precision positioning information based on GNSS-RTK in cadastral confirmation survey. To this end, the GNSS-AR system was practically applied to cadastral confirmation survey to examine its positioning accuracy in determining land boundary points. The work procedure for the GNSS-AR system in cadastral confirmation survey was established, and the coordinates of 21 boundary points in the study area were extracted from the land use planning map. These coordinates were then input into the GNSS-AR system, and the boundary points were directly tracked in the field using an intuitive approach. The coordinates of the boundary points determined by the current confirmation survey method and those obtained through GNSS-AR field tracking were compared and analyzed. The results showed that the GNSS-AR method outperformed the current cadastral confirmation survey method, with an average deviation of approximately 0.02m and a planar RMSE of about 0.026m, thereby demonstrating the applicability of GNSS-AR technology in cadastral confirmation survey. Based on these findings, it is expected that GNSS-AR technology can be proposed as a method to replace or supplement current cadastral confirmation survey practices, contributing to technological innovation in cadastral surveying as well as improvements in fieldwork efficiency and accuracy.
