이 논문의 목적은 영아기 자녀를 양육하는 어머니의 그깃, 결혼만족, 스마트폰 과의존과 양육스트레스의 관계를 정량적 관점에서 객관적으로 분석하고 시사점을 얻는데 있다. 이러한 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위하여 한국육아정책연구소 영유아 교육•보육 패널 1차（2022년） 조사자료에서 추출한 2413명의 응답을 분석에 활용 하였다. 자료의 분석은 기술통계 및 신뢰도 분석, 상관분석, 확인적요인분석 및 구 조방정식모형분석을 통해 직접경로계수를 산출하고 부트스트래핑（2,000회）을 실시 하여 매개효과를 추정하였다.

본 연구의 결과는 그릿이 스마트폰 과의존에 부의 영향을 미칠 것이라고 설정 한 가설 1, 그릿이 양육 스트레스에 부의 영향을 미칠 것이라고 설정한 가설 3, 스 마트폰 과의존이 양육 스트레스에 정의 영향을 미칠 것이라고 설정한 가설 4, 양 육 스트레스가 결혼만족도에 부（-）의 영향을 미칠 것이라고 설정한 가설 6이 채택 되고, 그릿이 결혼만족도에 정（+）의 영향을 미칠 것이라고 설정한 가설 2, 스마트폰 과의존이 결혼만족도에 부의 영향을 미칠 것이라고 설정한 가설 5가 기각됨을 확 인하였다. 또한, 양육 스트레스가 그릿과 결혼만족도 간의 관계를 매개할 것이라 고 설정한 가설 8, 스마트폰 과의존, 양육 스트레스가 그릿과 결혼만족도 간의 관 계를 순차적으로 매개할 것이라고 설정한 가설 9가 채택되고, 스마트폰 과의존이 그릿과 결혼만족도 간의 관계를 매개할 것이라고 설정한 가설 7이 기각되었음을 확인하였다.

본 연구는 영아기 어머니가 경험하는 양육스트레스는 어머니의 내적 기재인 그릿을 통해 일정부분 제어 될 수 있음을 보여주고 있다. 또한, 최근 문제로 대두되 고 있는 스마트폰 과의존이 단순히 생활 개인의 건강 차원을 넘어 양육 스트레스를 증가시키며 궁극적으로 결혼만족도와 같은 삶의 질을 결정하는 지표에도 연속적 인 영향을 미칠 수 있음을 하였다. 본 연구의 결과를 종합하면, 개인적 자원（그릿）-행동적 습관（문제적 스마트폰 사용）-환경적 요구（양육 스트레스）가 단계적으로 연결되 어 부부관계에 파급되는 다층 경로가 지지되며, 개입은 그릿 함양, 디지털 위생, 스 트레스 관리의 통합적 설계와 보급 및 실천, 관리 방안의 마련이 필요하다고 판단 된다.

The purpose of this paper is to objectively analyze the relationship between mothers’ parenting stress, marital satisfaction, smartphone overreliance, and parenting stress from a quantitative perspective and to derive implications. To achieve this goal, we analyzed 2,413 responses from the Korea Institute of Child Care and Education’s 1st Early Childhood Education and Care Panel Survey (2022). Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, reliability analysis, correlation analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, and structural equation modeling to calculate direct path coefficients. Bootstrapping(2,000 iterations) was performed to estimate mediating effects. The results of this study confirmed that Hypotheses 1, positing a negative effect of grit on smartphone overreliance, 3, positing a negative effect of grit on parenting stress, 4, positing a positive effect of smartphone overreliance on parenting stress, and 6, positing a negative effect of parenting stress on marital satisfaction, were accepted. Hypotheses 2, positing a positive effect of grit on marital satisfaction, and 5, positing a negative effect of smartphone overreliance on marital satisfaction, were rejected. Furthermore, Hypotheses 8, positing that parenting stress would mediate the relationship between grit and marital satisfaction, and 9, positing that smartphone overreliance and parenting stress would sequentially mediate the relationship between grit and marital satisfaction, were accepted. Hypothesis 7, positing that smartphone overreliance would mediate the relationship between grit and marital satisfaction, was rejected.

This study demonstrates that parenting stress experienced by mothers during infancy can be partially controlled through grit, a maternal internal factor. Furthermore, it was shown that smartphone overreliance, which has recently emerged as a problem, can increase parenting stress beyond the level of individual health and ultimately have a continuous impact on indicators that determine quality of life such as marital satisfaction. In summary, the results of this study support a multi-layered pathway in which personal resources (grit) - behavioral habits (problematic smartphone use) - environmental demands (parenting stress) are connected in a stepwise manner and spread to the couple relationship. Interventions are judged to require the integrated design, distribution, practice, and management of grit cultivation, digital hygiene, and stress management.
