본 연구는 서울과 경기 지역 건설업 종사자를 대상으로 감성안전문화 인식과 안전성과 간의 관계에서 긍정심리자본의 매개효과를 분석하여 건설업 종사자의 안전성 향상을 위한 기초 자료를 제공하는 데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 2025년 5월 1일부터 6월 5일까지 설문조사를 실시하고 SPSS 26.0 통계 프로그램을 활용하여 자료를 분석하였다. 주요 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 감성안전문화 인식, 긍정심리자본, 안전성과는 모두 유의미한 정적 상관관계를 보였다. 둘째, Hayes의 PROCESS Macro Model 4 (부트스트랩 N=5,000) 분석 결과, 긍정심리자본은 감성안전문화 인식이 안전성과에 미치는 긍정적인 영향력을 부분적으로 매개하는 효과가 유의하게 검증되었다 ( β =.038, 95% CI [.012, .069]). 이는 감성안전문화 인식을 높이는 교육과 활동이 안전에 대한 동기를 부여하고, 이러한 동기가 긍정심리자본을 통해 자기효능감, 낙관성, 희망, 회복탄력성 등을 향상시켜 궁극적으로 안전성과를 높일 수 있음을 시사한다. 본 연구는 건설 현장의 안전 관리에 감성안전과 긍정심리학적 접근의 중요성을 제안한다는 점에서 의의가 있다.
