In diverse societies, there is growing recognition that classrooms donot reach all parts of the population. This is especially true for theworking-age population, where opportunities for multicultural educationand intercultural engagement may be missed. This studyexamines a non-profit incubator as an alternative site of multiculturaleducation. Drawing on structural functionalism, the incubatoris conceptualized as a mediating social institution that promotesintegration through shared goals and collective problem-solving.

Based on qualitative survey data from 23 co-ethnic migrants, othermigrants, and local-born citizens, the analysis explores how interculturalcooperation, mutual recognition and belonging emergethrough practice-based learning. Findings suggest that taskorientedlearning enables participants to navigate and negotiatedifferences in ways that challenge cultural binaries. By exploringentrepreneurship incubators as a vehicle for intercultural practice, the study contributes to research on multicultural education, offeringinsights into how solidarity and coexistence can be cultivated indiverse learning environments.
