본 연구의 목적은 기억 재공고화(Memory Reconsolidation) 메커니즘의 핵심 필 요조건을 탐색하고, 이를 사회불안장애와 같은 임상 현장에 적용할 수 있는 실천적 프레임워크를 제안하는 데 있다. 연구 방법으로는 MR의 개념적 발전, 예측오차 (Prediction Error)의 역할, 학습해제 3요소(표적 기억 재활성화, 예측오차 경험, 역학 습 경험)에 관한 국내외 선행 연구를 고찰하고, 기존 실험실 중심의 인출-소거 프로 토콜이 갖는 임상적 한계를 분석하였다. 연구 결과, 임상적 적용을 위해서는 표적 기 억 및 회상물의 불특정성 수용, 인출-소거 절차의 유연한 활용, 심상 기반 재활성화, 맥락 의존성의 유지, 각성 조절, 암묵적 기억의 5가지 구성요소(인지, 정서, 오감지 각, 움직임, 신체감각)에 대한 초점, 그리고 역학습 및 상향식/하향식 접근법의 병행 이 중요함을 확인하였다. 이를 바탕으로 결론에서는 사회불안장애 사례에 적용 가능 한 7단계 임상 프레임워크(표적기억 선정, 회상물 선정, 인내의 창 및 자기-조직화 탐색, 역학습 탐색 및 자원화, 병치 경험, 변형 및 음미, 검증)를 제시하였다. 본 연구 는 경직된 실험 절차를 넘어 내담자의 주관적 PE 경험을 중심으로 하는 유연한 치료 적 지침을 제공한다는 데 의의가 있으며, 제언으로서 향후 본 프레임워크의 효과성을 검증하기 위한 경험적 연구와 장애별 세분화된 매뉴얼 개발의 필요성을 제시하였다.
