도심 감시 환경에서 오토바이 추적은 대상의 크기가 작고 이동성이 높으며 가림 현상이 빈번하게 발생하기 때문에 기술적 어려움이 존재한다. 본 연구에서는 소형 객체 탐지에도 강인한 알고리즘을 적용하여 오토바이ReID 정확도를 향상시킬 수 있는 프레임워크를 제안한다. 먼저, YOLOv11을 기반으로 실시간 객체탐지를 수행하고, 소형 객체의 표현력과 탐지 성능을 높이기 위해 SF(Slicing Aided Fine-tuning)와 SAHI(Slicing Aided Hyper Inference)를 적용하였다. 탐지된 오토바이 인스턴스는 체계적으로 그룹화 및 주석 처리되어 견고한 ReID 데이터셋을 구축하며, 전이학습 기반 ReID 모델을 통해 각 오토바이에 고유한 ID를 부여하고 유사도 기반의 식별을 수행한다. 제안된 프레임워크는 다중 카메라 환경에서의 추적과 질의 기반 검색을 지원하며, 시각적 유사도 순위를 통해 정확한 식별을 가능하게 한다.
