연구목적: 본 연구는 디지털 혁신 시대 대학무용교육의 방향성을 탐색하고, 교육과정요인을 체계적으로 도출하는데 목적이 있다. 연구방법: 대학무용교육 현장에서 전문성과 교육 경험을 갖춘 전문가 19인을 대상으로 3라운드에 걸친 설문조사를 실시하였으며, 설문 점수의 평균, 수렴도, 합의도, 내용타당도 비율 분석을 통해 디지털 혁신 시대 대학무용교육의 요인을 도출하였다. 연구결과: 첫째, 디지털 혁신 시대 대학무용교육의 교육 요소는 ‘교육 목표’, ‘학습자 역량’, ‘교수자 역량’, ‘교육방법 및 평가’, ‘교육내용’으로 분류되었다. 둘째, ‘교육 목표’에서는 7개, ‘학습자 역량’ 8개, ‘교수자 역량’ 11개, ‘교육방법 및 평가’ 4개, ‘교육 내용’ 9개의 요인이 도출되었다. 셋째, 도출된 요인들은 디지털 기술의 단순한 도입보다는 신체성과 예술성을 기반으로 기술적 감수성, 사회적 사유, 융합적 사고를 통합적으로 함양하는 교육의 중요성을 강조하였다.

결론: 디지털 혁신 시대 대학무용교육의 교육과정이 기술 중심 교육을 넘어, 신체· 예술·기술·사회를 통합하는 다층적 구조로 재구성되어야 함을 시사하며, 향후 대학무용교육과정 개편 및 교과목 개발을 위한 기초 자료로 활용할 수 있을 것이다.

Purpose: This study aims to explore the direction of university dance education in the era of digital innovation and to systematically identify key curriculum factors. Methods: A three-round Delphi survey was conducted with 19 experts who have professional expertise and educational experience in university dance education. The data were analyzed using mean scores, convergence, consensus, and content validity ratios (CVR). Result: The results revealed that the curriculum of university dance education in the era of digital innovation can be structured into five components: educational goals, learner competencies, instructor competencies, teaching and assessment methods, and educational content. A total of 39 curriculum factors were identified. The derived factors emphasize the importance of integrative education that fosters technological sensitivity, social reflection, and convergent thinking grounded in physicality and artistic expression, rather than the simple application of digital technologies. Conclusion: These findings suggest that university dance education should move beyond technology-centered approaches and be restructured as a multi-layered curriculum integrating physical, artistic, technological, and social dimensions.
