본 연구는 중소규모 건물의 단기 전력소비량 예측을 위해 BiLSTM 기반 딥러닝 모델에 세 가지 학습 전략을 적용하고 성능을 비교 분석하였다. Static(초기 학습 후 가중치 고정), Full-training(매일 전체 데이터 재학습), Fine-tuning(전날 가중치 기반 최근30일 추가 학습) 전략을 대전 소재 상업용 건물 데이터로 검증하였다. 모델은 과거 72시간의 시간ㆍ기상ㆍ지연ㆍ통계 특성 44개 변수를 입력받아 3층 BiLSTM과 멀티헤드 어텐션으로 다음 시각 전력소비량을 예측한다. 182일 사전학습 후 30일 테스트 결과,Fine-tuning은 MAPE 3.65%로 기존 ML 앙상블(5.35%) 대비 31.8% 개선되었으며, Static(4.00%)과 Full-training(4.72%)보다우수한 성능을 보였다. 특히 Full-training 대비 총 학습시간을 85% 절감(780분에서 116분)하고 매일 2~3분 업데이트로 계절 변화에 안정적으로 적응하여 제한된 자원 환경에서 실시간 운용 가능함을 입증하였다.
