소셜 빅데이터를 활용한 지역 테마파크 활성화 방안 고찰 : 순창발효테마파크를 중심으로 = A study on the revitalization of local theme parks using social big-data : focusing on Sunchang Fermentation Theme Park
This study explores revitalization strategies for local theme parks using social big-data, focusing on the Sunchang Fermentation Theme Park in Korea. Data from Naver, Daum, Google, and Facebook were collected over three years (2022.08.01.–2025.07.31), yielding 2,166 keywords. After refining to 60 core words, frequency analysis, centrality analysis, and CONCOR clustering were conducted with UCINET and NetDraw. The analysis revealed that Kongi Hall, children, experience, and Sunchang Fermentation Foundation were key terms, reflecting the park’s strong family-oriented and experiential identity. Centrality analysis emphasized play, experience, and microorganism as central to visitor perception. CONCOR results identified five clusters: (1) representative festivals and traditional sauces, (2) family-oriented facilities, (3) visit planning and reviews, (4) accessibility and convenience, and (5) fermentation science and education halls. The findings suggest implications, including festival enhancement aligned with fermentation culture, social media marketing through reviews and influencers, integrated packages with nearby attractions, and expansion of experiential education programs. This study also aims to provide a basis for establishing operational strategies for local theme parks through social big data analysis.
