본 연구는 응급구조학과 전공 대학생의 교수 학생 상호작용, 학업적 흥미가 전공 만족도에 미치는 영향을 파악하고, 전공 만족도 향상을 위한 중재방안을 모색하는데 기초자료를 제공하고자 수행되었으며, 2025년 3월 29일부터 2025년 5월 7일까지 구조화된 설문지를 통해 응급구조학과 전공 대학생 157명을 대상으로 데이터를 수집하였다. 연구 결과 교수 학생 상호작용은 학업적 흥미(r=.700, p<.001), 전공만족도(r=.699, p<.001)와 유의미한 양의 상관관계가 있었으며 전공만족도는 교수-학생 상호작용(r=.699, p<.001), 학업적 흥미(r=.874, p<.001)와 유의미한 양의 상관관계가 나타났다. 따라서 학업적 흥미를 높일 수 있도록 자기주도 학습 참여 유도, 명확한 학습 목표 설정, 다양한 차별화된 교수법을 적용하여 다양한 학습 환경에서 최적의 학습 경험을 할수 있도록 설계해야 하며, 학업적 흥미를 유발할 수 있는 다양한 연구가 지속되어야 할 것이다.
