· 연구 주제: 본 연구는 직업훈련에서의 AI 리터러시 교육에 대한 국내외 사례를 분석하고, 이를 기반으로 AI 리터러시 교육의 정의와 시사점을 도출하였다.

· 연구 배경: 생성형 AI의 확산으로 업무 수행 방식과 의사결정 과정이 근본적으로 변화함에 따라 직업훈련 체계의 패러다임 전환이 시급한 상황이다. 그럼에도 현재 직업훈련에서의 AI 리터러시 교육은 AI를 단순 도구 활용 수준에서 다루는 것에 그치고 있어, 통합적인 관점에서의 교육에 대한 논의가 필요하다.

· 선행연구와의 차이점: 관점의 확장과 학술적 모델의 현장 적용 가능성을 높였다는 점에서 선행연구와 차이가 있다. 구체적으로 기존 연구가 AI 리터러시를 주로 개인적 차원에서 다루었다면 본 연구는 이를 실무 적용 및 활용, 조직 차원의 논의로 확장하였다. 또한 AI 리터러시 교육과 관련한 최신의 국내외 사례를 분석하고 이를 기반으로 AI 리터러시 교육에 대한 시사점을 도출하였다.

· 연구방법: 국내외 직업훈련에서의 AI 리터러시 교육 사례 및 AI 리터러시 관련 문헌을 기반으로 한 통합적 문헌 고찰 연구방법론에 따라 연구를 수행하였다.

· 연구결과: 첫째, 총 11개의 국내외 AI 리터러시 교육 사례를 분석함으로써 AI 리터러시가 어떻게 구현되고 있는지 분석하였다. 둘째, AI 리터러시를 직무 맥락에서 기술을 적용, 조장, 재사용하는 실천적 역량으로 재정의하고, AI 리터러시 교육에 대한 4가지 시사점을 도출하였다.

· 공헌점 및 기대효과: AI 리터러시 교육이 단순 기능 교육에서 벗어나 직무 밀착형으로 설계될 수 있는 실질적인 방향성을 제안하였다. 또한 AI 리터러시를 직업훈련의 맥락과 조직 차원의 관점을 고려하여 학습자 개인 차원에서 보다 확장하여 논의했다는 점에서 공헌하는 바가 있다.
