연구 주제: 정보처리 관점(IPV)에 기반한 생성형 AI 협업과 조직 성과 간의 구조적 관계 규명: 의사결정의 질(Decision Quality)의 매개효과를 중심으로· 연구 배경: 생성형 AI가 실질적 협력자로 부상했으나, 개인의 활용이 조직 성과로 직결되지 않는 괴리가 존재한다. 이에 본 연구는 AI 협업이 팀 차원의 ‘연대협력 업무효율성’으로 연결되는 구체적인 경로와 메커니즘을 규명하고자 한다.

· 선행연구와의 차이점: 기존 연구들이 주로 생산성 연구에 비중을 두었다면 본 연구는 의사결정의 질을 핵심 매개변수로 실증하고, AI를 협업파트너로 정의하여 조직 차원의 연대협력 업무효율성을 규명하였다.

· 연구방법: 생성형 AI를 업무에 활용한 경험이 있는 국내 직장인 400명을 대상으로 온라인 설문조사를 실시, SmartPLS 4.0을 활용하여 분석을 수행하였으며, 측정 모형의 신뢰도 및 타당성 검증 후 구조 모형을 통해 가설을 검증하였다.

· 연구결과: 디지털 리터러시와 성과기대 등은 AI 협업에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미쳤으나, 노력기대는 유의하지 않았다. AI 협업은 직접적인 효율성의 증대보다는 ‘의사결정의 질’을 통해서만 조직의 성과를 높이는 완전 매개(Full Mediation) 효과가 확인되었다.

· 공헌점 및 기대효과: 생성형 AI수용에는 사용용이성 보다 실질적 성과가 중용하다는 것을 규명하였으며 기업은 AI 도입 시 단순한 기능 습득을 넘어, 비판적으로 해석하고 최적의 대안을 선택하는 ‘의사결정 역량 강화’ 교육에 집중해야 한다.
