본 연구는 미혼 커플관계에서 경험하는 역경과 스트레스를 극복할 수 있는 탄력성을 측정하기 위하여 미혼 커플 관계 탄력성에 대한 구인을 탐색하고 미혼 커플관계 탄력성 척도를 개발하고자 하였다 이를 위하여 선행연구와 기존 척도의 고찰, 미혼을 대상으로 한 개방형 질문조사와 개인면접 조사를 실시하였다 그 결과 5개의 하위구성 요인을 선정하였고 선정된 5개 요인에 대한 112개 1차 예비 문항을 구성하였다. 5명의 상담전문가 집단의 3차례에 걸친 내용타당도 검증과 상담학 전공 석사 및 박사과정생 13명과 대학생 27명의 안면타당도 검증을 통하여 최종 5요인 50개의 예비문항이 선정되었다. 이를 미혼 대학생과 직장인 257명을 대상으로 탐색적 요인분석을 실시하였고, 그 결과 5개 요인에 4개 문항씩 총 20문항이 선정되었으며 요인구조는 59.442%의 설명력을 지닌 적합한 요인구조로 나타났다. 요인 1은 커플관계 긍정성, 요인 2는 커플관계 유연성, 요인 3은 커플관계 탈중심성, 요인 4는 사회적지지, 요인 5는 의사소통이었다. 또한, 미혼 대학생과 직장인 800명을 대상으로 확인적 요인분석을 실시한 결과 예비조사의 탐색적 요인분석 결과와 동일한 요인구조로 나타났다. 5개의 하위요인별 적합도 지수에서 모두 RMR은 .05미만, GFI, NFl, IFI, CFI는 .90이상으로 나타나 적합한 지수를 나타내었다. 5요인 모형은 수정된 5요인 모형을 제안하여 적합도 지수 GFI=.947, NFl =.902, IFI=.935, CFI=.934의 매우 적합한 결과를 보였다. 미혼 커플관계 탄력성 전체 척도에 대한 Cronbach's α 계수는 .832이었고, 요인 1은 .737, 요인 2는 .690, 요인 3은 .717, 요인 4는 .816, 요인 5는 .777로 나타났다. 이러한 결과를 고려해 볼 때, 본 연구에서 개발한 미혼 커플관계 탄력성 척도 미혼 남녀가 커플관계에서 탄력적으로 적응하는 정도를 측정하는데 적합한 도구임을 나타내는 것으로 보인다. 이에 본 연구에서 개발된 미혼 커플관계 탄력성 척도가 교육현장이나 임상현장, 군 조직 및 대학교에서 커플관계와 관련된 상담 및 교육과정에서 활용되어질 것으로 기대한다.

The purpose of this study was to develop the resilience scale for pre-marital couple relationship and to verify its validity. To achieve these objectives, firstly established the concept on resilience of the couple relationship, secondly, developed the resilience scale of pre-marital couple relationship. In order to make the resilience scale of the couple relationship, question items relevant to the 5 selected factors were developed. The content validity of the items was evaluated by the group of counseling experts(1 counseling majored supervision/professor, 2 professors majored counseling associated, 2 students in counseling doctorate course). The face validity was also checked by 13 graduate and doctorate course students and 27 university students. Eventually, 50 items in the 5 factors were finalized from 112 draft items. Through exploratory factor analysis, the factor structure of 50 items was tested. It was done with 257 university students or workers, and as a result, 20 items(4 items for each 5 factors) were selected. The explanation rate of factor structure was 59.442% which was turned out acceptable as the factor structure. Confirmatory factor analysis was done with 800 people by 200 quota samples from unmarried male/female university students and male/female workers. The result of the confirmatory factor analysis showed the same construct as that of the exploratory factor analysis. Analysis in the 5 lower component's fitness rate, all RMR was below .05 and GFI, NFI, IFI, CFI were above .90 which was in adequate range. The five factors model showed the most favorable results of GFI=.947, NFI=.902, IFI=.935, CFI=.934 in the modified model. It is expected to see the resilience factor of the couple relationship developed in this research to be used in counseling and education courses associated with the couple relationship in education field, clinical trials, military, and universities.
