본 연구는 임상간호사의 직관 증진에 기여하는 요인을 제안하고자 임상간호사의 직관을 구성하는 주관성 Q요인을 Q-도구로 구성하여 임상간호사 직관 구성의 주관성 분포와 제 변수간의 관련을 조사하였다. 임상간호사의 직관에 대한 주관성 연구를 기반으로 Q-도구를 구성하였고 임상간호사 173인을 대상으로 조사연구를 수행하였다. 임상간호사의 임상경력, 근무부서, 학력별 임상간호사 직관 구성의 주관성 분포를 확인하고, 직관구성의 주관성 Q 요인과 임상간호사의 직관구성의 제 변수를 분석하였다. 분석결과 임상간호사 직관 구성의 주관성 분포에서는 ‘효과적 간호사례의 연관범주 구성을 통한 임상적 앎’의 Q요인의 분포가 가장 높았으며, 임상간호사의 직관구성 주관성 Q 요인에 따른 간호사의 경력, 주요근무부서, 학력은 유의한 차이를 나타내었다. 본 연구는 임상간호사의 직관에 대한 주관성 연구를 조사연구와 연계하여 심도있는 연구결과를 도출하고 일반화하여 추론할 수 있는 근거를 제시하였다.
Purpose This study intended to identify related variables on subjective factors of clinical nurses’ being intuitive(Analytic causal relation pattern formulating, Circularly comparing cases pattern formulating, Categorizing by connecting effective nursing cases, Categorizing by integration of responses from cases, and Priority setting for problem solving pattern formulating.), which have been derived from Q methodology study. Design Constructing Q-tool and a survey were conducted with 173 clinical nurses of one hospital in Seoul, Korea, during September, 2011. Results The most dominant distribution of subjective factors of clinical nurses’ being intuitive was Categorizing by connecting effective nursing cases. According to length of clinical career, working area, and educational backgrounds, there were significant differences in distribution among subjective factors of clinical nurses’ being intuitive. Conclusion Characteristics of subjective factors of clinical nurses’ being intuitive have been identified to enhance the understanding the phenomena of being intuitive of clinical nurses.
