Anomalies of the medial meniscus are rare and difficult to diagnose clinically. Among these anomalies, anomalous

insertion of the medial meniscus into the anterior cruciate ligament is rare. Most of the reported cases had no relation to

clinical symptoms and were found incidentally during arthroscopy. We report a rare case of anomalous insertion of the

medial meniscus into the anterior cruciate ligament with a brief review of the literature.

내측 반월상 연골에 생기는 기형은 매우 드물고 임상적으로 진단하기 어렵다. 이러한 기형 중에서도 전방십자인대

에 이상 부착을 보이는 내측 반월상 연골은 드물다. 대부분의 보고된 증례들은 임상적인 증상과 연관을 보이지 않으며

관절경검사를 하면서 우연히 발견된다. 우리는 드문 증례인 전방십자인대에 이상 부착을 보이는 내측 반월상 연골에

대한 자기공명 영상을 보고하고 문헌을 통한 간략한 검토를 하려고 한다.
