경북 안동 사문암 지역의 소나무군락에서 2017년 01월부터 2017년 12월까지 1년간 매목조사, 미기상 및 토양호흡측정을 통해 탄소수지를 측정하였다. 사문암 지역에서 토양호흡량은 연중 42.48 ~ 262.61 g CO₂・m¯²・month¯¹의 범위로, 평균 151.71 ± 75.09 g CO₂・m¯²・month¯¹로 측정되었다. 대조구인 비사문암 지역의 소나무림에서는 연중 20.94 ~ 449.24 g CO₂・m¯²・month¯¹의 범위로 조사되었으며, 평균 165.09 ± 118.96 g CO₂・m¯²・month¯¹로 측정되었다. 사문암지역과 비사문암 지역의 총 탄소저장량은 각각 91.90, 222.85 ton・ha¯¹로 나타났으며, 연간 탄소흡수량은 각각 7.99, 17.41 ton・ha¯¹・yr¯¹로 나타났다. 사문암 지역은 연간 5.3 ton C・ha¯¹, 비사문암 지역은 연간 14.49 ton C・ha¯¹를 흡수하는 것으로 나타났다.

This study is to compare carbon budget between serpentine sites and non-serpentine sites dominated by Pinus densiflora forest in the Andong serpentine area where has high values of magnesium and low values of calcium, and are usually deficient in nitrogen and phosphorus, but rich in heavy metals such as nickel, chrome, cobalt, etc. and to measure soil CO₂ efflux and environmental factors between January 2017 and December 2017. Soil CO₂ efflux was measured with LI-6400 once a month; the soil temperature at 10 cm depth, air temperature, soil moisture contents, and solar radiation were measured in continuum. Soil CO₂ efflux in the serpentine area and non-serpentine were 151.71 ± 75.09 g CO₂・m¯²・month¯¹(42.48 ~ 262.61 g CO₂・m¯²・month¯¹) and 165.09 ± 118.96 g CO₂・m¯²・month¯¹(20.94 ~ 449.24 g CO₂・m¯²・month¯¹), respectively. Carbon storage in the serpentine area and non-serpentine area were 91.90, 222.85 ton ha¯¹, respectively. Carbon absorption in the serpentine area and non-serpentine area were 7.99, 17.41 ton ha¯¹ yr¯¹, respectively. Carbon budget in the serpentine area and non-serpentine area were absorbs 5.3, 14.49 ton C・ha¯¹ yr¯¹, respectively.
