동의어 포함
많은 사회적 경제조직들이 사회적 목적을 추구하면서 경제적 목적을 동시에 추구하는 비즈니스 모델로 성장하고 있지만, 경제적 생존가능성 뿐만 아니라 사회적 지속가능성을 반영할 수 있는 제품과 서비스를 제공하기 위하여 보다 더 나은 비즈니스 모델로 변화시키게 된다. 본 연구에서는 사회적 경제조직의 비즈니스 모델혁신에 대하여 영향을 미치는 선행요인, 비즈니스 모델혁신의 구성요인, 비즈니스 모델혁신의 결과요인에 대한 분석을 통하여 국내 사회적 경제조직의 비즈니스 모델혁신과 성과와의 관련성에 대한 탐색적 연구를 시도하는데 연구의 목적을 두었다.
사회적 경제조직의 비즈니스 모델혁신에 영향을 미치는 선행요인들로는 환경의 불확실성, 사회적 기업가정신, 시장과 네트워크에 초점을 둔 학습과 같은 조직 외부로부터 학습되는 역량, 제품 및 서비스를 제공하기 위한 조직 내부 활동에 초점을 둔 학습역량 등이 제시되었다. 비즈니스 모델혁신의 구성요인으로는 목표 고객에게 어떠한 사회적 가치를 제공할 것인가에 대한 가치제안, 조직의 핵심역량과 프로세스에 따라 어떤 집단과 협력하여 가치를 창출하고 전달할 것인가에 대한 가치창출 및 전달, 조직이 어떻게 수익을 창출하여 가치를 회수할 것인가에 대한 가치확보 등으로 구성된다. 사회적 경제조직의 비즈니스 모델혁신을 통한 결과요인으로는 사회적 가치창출과 경제적 가치창출이다. 이러한 사회적ㆍ경제적 가치창출은 사회적 경제조직의 지속가능성으로 이어진다.| 번호 | 참고문헌 | 국회도서관 소장유무 |
