목적 본 연구목적은 문학기반학습이 간호대학생의 감성지능, 공감능력, 문제해결능력에 미치는 효과를 검증하고자 하였다.

방법 본 연구의 교육 프로그램은 ADDIE(분석, 설계, 개발 평가)모델을 기반으로 개발하였으며, 연구설계는 비동등성 대조군 전후설계를 적용한 유사실험연구이다. 자료수집은 2022년 03월부터 04월까지 B시 소재하는 간호대학생으로 실험군 37명, 대조군 37 명 대상으로 자가보고식 설문지를 사용하여 수집되었다. SPSS/WIN 23.0 통계프로그램을 이용하여 빈도, 평균과 표준편차, X2 - test, peired t-test, Independent-test, Two way ANOVA로 분석하였다.

결과 연구결과는 문학기반학습이 간호대학생의 감성지능(t=-2.343, p=.022), 공감능력(t=3.103, p=.003), 문제해결능력(t=2.997, p=.004)가 유의한 효과를 보였다. 그러나 두 그룹간의 시간경과에 따른 차이는 없었다.

결론 결론적으로 문학기반학습은 간호대학생의 감성지능과 공감능력 향상에 도움이 될 것이며, 문제해결능력을 향상에 긍정적인영향을 주었으므로 교수학습모형을 제시한 점에서 의의가 있다.
