본 연구는 발달장애인의 보건의료서비스와 관련된 문헌들을 검토하여 발달장애인의 보건의료서비스 이용현황을 파악하고 향후 연구의 방향성을 제시하기 위해 시행되었다. The Joanna Briggs Institute에서 제시한 프로토콜에 따라 주제범위 문헌고찰을 수행하였다. 국내외 10개의 데이터베이스를 통해 2010년 1월부터 2023년 6월까지 출판된 문헌을 검색하였으며, 총 28편을 고찰 대상으로 포함하였다. 분석 결과, 발달장애인이 가장 필요로 하는 보건의료서비스는 정기적 건강검진이었으며, 생애주기별로는 중·고령기의 조기 노화 예방 및 의료지원과 영유아기의 조기진단과 조기개입에 대한 우선순위가 높았다. 향후 자폐성장애인에 대한 정확한 인구조사와 자폐성장애인의 조기노화를 예방하고 조기개입을 증진하기 위한 후속연구가 이루어질 필요가 있다. 본 연구는 발달장애인의 보건의료서비스 접근성을 강화하기 위한 기초자료로 활용될 수 있을 것이다.

This study reviewed literature on healthcare services for individuals with developmental disabilities to understand current utilization and suggest future research directions. A scoping review was performed according to the Joanna Briggs Institute protocol. Literature from January 2010 to June 2023 was searched across 10 databases, and 28 articles were included. The analysis showed that the most needed service was regular health check-ups. Priorities by life stage included early aging prevention and medical support in middle and old age, and early diagnosis and intervention in infancy. Future research should focus on accurate population surveys of individuals with autism and strategies to prevent early aging and promote early intervention. This study provides a basis for enhancing healthcare accessibility for individuals with developmental disabilities.
